Walsall Council plans remove flags from Brownhills 'Jigger Island' and replace with 'managed display'

Well, it looks like there's a bit of a change coming to our beloved Jigger Island here in Brownhills! Walsall Council has plans to update the flags, and we're keen to see what this new 'managed display' will look like for our community.
